1. Such a powerful message. This is something I’ve been needing to hear. I get lost in the wrong kind of guilt, often, surely beating that average of 4 hours/week feeling guilty. So here comes my attempt to replace guilt with trust and listening. (And not feel guilty for feeling guilty). Thanks for daring to have a different view.
